Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to inspire police officers across the country to change a system that perpetuates or tolerates violence and discrimination towards people of color. There is a history of silence that needs to change, a silence that has killed in the past. By not speaking out, police officers are upholding a history that systematically oppresses some individuals more than others. However, this can change, but the police must take action too. They cannot hold onto the past. This system needs to change. Hold them accountable.

Flood your local police station with letters and emails of why we need change. Be positive and supportive to those officers who want to create change in their system to promote equity. To fund programs that service the community, not oppress it. We have to destroy the voices of hatred in their departments and those that want to keep the status quo. Its time for a change. Writing the police is one small act you can take from your home. It takes 10 minutes but lasts a life-time in the minds of those that receive the letters.
